  • Diversity & Inclusion

    How can we increase participation from women, trans individuals, youth, people of colour, older people, and other under-represented groups?

    What concrete steps can be taken to ensure Toronto's LGBT sport community is a leader in diversity and inclusion, representing the full diversity of our communities?

  • League Growth and Strength

    What challenges do our leagues and organizations face on a day-to-day basis? How can we work together to build a stronger, more stable LGBT sport community? What are the best practices / examples of success that exist within our communities now? What can we do together to address issues we have in common?

  • Sport Hosting

    How can we build and enhance our presence at tournaments and events outside Toronto? Are there opportunities to 'Own the Podium'?

    How can we enhance and expand the opportunities to host teams from across North America and internationally?

    What previously-hosted or existing events can be enhanced? Where are there gaps in the current tournament marketplace (under-served sports, periods of time, etc) for new events?

    Will Toronto be poised to bid for a future multi-sport event (FGG/OutGames)?

    How can we build our capacity to make this possible?
