Welcome and Opening Remarks University College Room: Croft Speaker: Darin Sameshima	OUTSPORT TORONTO's Director of Membership, Darin Sameshima, will welcome eveyone to this year's conference, and lay out our plan for the day.

Helping Everyone Play University College Room: 177 Speaker: Christine Hsu	What can we do pragmatically to ensure that our leagues, clubs, and teams are safe and welcoming and ensure there are appropriate spaces for everyone to get out and play?
Team Toronto, Team Canada, Tournament Hosting University College Room: 179 Speakers: Yanick Landry Catherine Meade	Starting with a post-mortem on GG9’s effort, what do we want to do to make Team Toronto even better, and what do we need to do to prepare for 2016 through 2018? We laid some groundwork in Cleveland in 2014 to create strong interconnectedness with other Canadian city groups. Can and should we carry this forward to the benefit of all, and if so, how? What does it take to put on a world-class tournament, or even a multi-sport event? What can Tourism Toronto and others provide to help us do that? Find out!

One World Event University College Room: 177 Speakers: Greg Larocque Catherine Meade	An update on the coming-together of Gay Games 11 and OutGames 2022 into One World Event.
Volunteering and Career Building University College Room: 179 Speakers: Derrick An Christine Hsu Japneet Kaur Ty Smith	Ever wondered what volunteering with an LGBT sport organisation has to do with your career? You might be surprised! From exposure to organisation leadership to dealing with real-life management challenges and opportunities, volunteering can expose you to things early in your career that you may otherwise not experience for many years. And wonder what impact that has on your resume? Attend this session and find out!
